DBS series are using lockout circuit.The start-up voltage of DBS400B28-XTHIA is more than DC180V. By the way, the start-up input voltage and rated input voltage range is different things. If DBS400B28-XTHIA and DBS400B12-XMLM are used under DC250Vin, we can not guarantee the specification.
