The inside of my bowl has changed colour – how do I clean it?

After cleaning the Cooking Chef bowl you may notice the inside of the bowl has changed colour slightly in the heating area at the bottom, typically to a slightly blue colour. This is normal and occasionally occurs on normal saucepans when they have become too hot. It will not affect the performance or life of the bowl. It is usually possible to reduce this discolouration by rubbing the area with a cloth moistened with undiluted white vinegar or club soda. Normal cleaning should be done with soap and water or in a dishwasher. Do not use abrasives (e.g. a scouring pad) since these will scratch the bowl. A small amount of olive oil on a cloth may be used to remove fingerprint marks.
