This 30′ setback is not similar to any commercial buildings along Wilmington Street both in this new Planned Development District or outside of it ie: Government Mall buildings.” We have been given information through the City of Raleigh and the developer that the Wilmington Street set back is 30 feet, the Peace Street set back is 5 feet and the Wilmington Extension is 5 feet. The map on page 17 of the competition submission entry package has three red annotations describing the three set backs. Further on page 12, the site dimensions lay out the set backs in relation to the overall site.
