Because the cause of stubborn weight is a failing endocrine system, I have found that people need less protein than they might consider. Im not concerned about excess protein adding calories and then those calories turning into fat. My concern is that overweight people have poor livers and added protein stresses the liver. What they need more of is raw whole vegetables. I want them to get their calories from eating lots of vegetables. It is these vegetables that provide the healing building blocks to repair gland tissue.
