Reasons : – Leaving the printer not used for long time, the print head may be possibility dry and clogging Solutions : – Please clean the print head and run the self-cleaning program with cleaning cartridge 2-3 times. – We are highly recommended to use the printer once per week to ensure the best printing quality and maintain the printer in good condition.
