As long as this takes place in the name of the school for the benefit of the school or the PTA and with the permission of the Headteacher, the County Council liability policy will apply. There are extremely strict guidelines concerning Health and Safety of such events and you should contact your Health & Safety advisor for advice on Risk Assessments etc.
