Comparable insurance provides coverage equal to or better than the HUSHP Student Health Insurance Plan. Non-Harvard coverage must meet all of the requirements displayed on the waiver checklist, and students are encouraged to contact their insurance company to make sure their plan provides adequate coverage both in Massachusetts and while traveling. It is the student’s responsibility to verify that his/her non-Harvard coverage is adequate.
