NIH only accepts PDF attachments. Users will find a variety of information on tools and software that can be used to generate PDF attachments on Grants.gov’s Software webpage (http://www.grants.gov/agencies/asoftware.jsp) under the header ‘Convert Documents to PDF’ (http://www.grants.gov/agencies/asoftware.jsp#3).
