We can easily accommodate all flavor profiles, but in our estimation, we are more inclined toward the category of a “dark” roaster. Unless otherwise noted, the coffees we offer are what we call a “Full City” roast. When this flavor profile is achieved, we feel that we have developed the bean beyond a “green” or “under ripe” taste, but we have not added any of the smoky or dry characteristics usually associated with darker roasts. Simply stated, we have developed the bean to its individual flavor potential.
