The difference between operations in North India and Canada is, they do not have permission tooperate/administer a Syro-Malabar Parish or Diocese independently. In Canada we have thecomplete freedom to operate independently, just like other Eastern Churches (Ukranian,Romanian, Malkites, etc.) who are already operating independently.
