• Speed limit notifications are generated when the vehicle exceeds the posted speed limit on the road by the factory setting of 5%: in a 50 km/hr zone, at 52.5 km/hr, in a 60 km/hr zone at 63 km/hr, etc. The voice annunciation will occur only once unless you slow down and speed up again and then exceed the speed limit again. The blue light indicator will stay on until you drop your speed to 3 km/hr lower than the 5% trigger point, i.e. in a 60 km/hr zone, if you are traveling at 65 and received the speed limit exceeded annunciation, the blue light will extinguish when the vehicle speed reaches 60 km/hr. You can change the speed limit trigger from the default 5% to other values by logging in and configuring the setting under the myDevice options. Note 1: The GPS speed accuracy is 0.7 km/hr and Otto is reliable in determining the speed of your vehicle and in advising you of a speeding exception above the default trigger value. Our database of posted speed limits is updated and maintained
