Great question and the answer is we don’t know. No, for real, we don’t know. The highly technical medical testing and analysis they did that yields definitive answers to such quandaries proved to be inconclusive. Presently they look incredibly similar which might lead one to believe that they are identical which time will or will not prove to be the case. Meanwhile, fortunately being twins there are only two of them and ratios being what they are you’ve got a 50% chance of being able to correctly tell them apart at any given time.
