Things done in good faith often have a good resolution. Can things done in bad faith also have a good resolution, even though unintended?
Wow Rosie! Good question! I’ve had to stop and think about this one before I answered it. Back when I was a teenager, I was raped and brutally beaten by a stranger to the point where my own mother didn’t even recognize me at the hospital. Up to that point, I was making some bad decisions, etc. Even though it was a horrible experience and it took me a few years to deal with it, what it did do was make me reevaluate my life and what I was doing with it. I feel I am a stronger person today because of it (or in spite of it). I turned my life around essentially. I don’t forgive him, but I do forgive the situation (if that makes sense).
