The Maryland Energy Administration (MEA) is in the process of developing a multi family program. The specifics of this program have yet to be defined, but BGE will stay apprised of the details as they develop and if there appear to be any gaps in serving the multi family market (if the MEA program does not address new multi family construction for example) we will work to ensure that the BGE ENERGY STAR for New Homes Program fills those needs where appropriate.
