To become a Congestion Revenue Right Account Holder (CRRAH), will an applicant be required to register both as a Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) without resources and as a CRRAH?

0

An applicant is not required to also register as a QSE in order to participate in the CRR auction. For an entity to be able to participate in the CRR auction, a CRRAH application and qualification must be completed. A currently registered Market Participant with a QSE, Load Serving Entity (LSE) or Resource Entity (RE) role is required to complete the CRRAH application if they wish to participate in the CRR auction. The CRRAH application is available at ERCOT.com.
