You can vacuum frequently to remove any surface dirt, dirt embedded in the weave, or pet hair. Use a damp, clean cloth to remove any stubborn dirt. Or if it’s really dirty and grimy, reed wicker can be successfully cleaned by taking the piece outside and using the water spray hose and light detergent in warm water. Just keep in mind, that any water used might loosen glue joints and/or seep under the paint and cause it to fail later on.
