The Court will hold a Final Approval Hearing to consider: (i) whether the Proposed Settlement is fair, reasonable, adequate, and in the best interests of the Settlement Class; (ii) whether to approve the Proposed Settlement’s provisions with respect to amounts to be paid in attorneys’ fees and costs; and (iii) whether class representative Janet Sarnoff and her attorneys have fully, fairly and adequately represented the Settlement Class in the lawsuit and in negotiating the Proposed Settlement. The Final Approval Hearing is presently scheduled for January 11, 2007 at 8:30 a.m. in Department 52 of the Los Angeles County Superior Court, 111 N. Hill Street, Los Angeles, California. The time and date of the approval may be changed by court order without further notice to the Class Members.
