Travelling to USA with drink driving conviction?

Hi Nicole, I seriously would not worry about your conviction of drink driving. I have a friend who also had a drink driving conviction many years ago and managed to immigrate to the states to get married. You will have no problems. The customs and excise in the states and immigration are only concerned about people who have big criminal records or people who have been to prison, have conviction for e.g assualt or GBH or are notorious criminals. As you have completed your disqualification period and have got your license back you have nothing to worry about. Go and have a good time. All the best, James.
