It is safe, you just don’t need that much creatine so your body will just pass it with urine. Cyclone is an excellent product for building muscle. It is an all in one and it contains everything you need. Protein, carbs and HMB, which help to optimise recovery and prevent muscle breakdown. It also contains 10g of creatine (which is all you really need) and 10g of Glutamine, dextrose to ensure your body can take up more of the creatine. With any creatine products its recommended you have a break for a few weeks every eight weeks or so. This is because your body naturally produces creatine and when using creatine from external sources your natural production levels will drop so the effects become less apparent and the benefits are not as good.
