We can offer two suggestions. The better option would be to set up a permanent redirect to redirect from the http address to the https address. However, that one is more of a web admin process and beyond the scope of what we can support. The other option is sort of a work-around within the software. If you set your data script URL for the web form to be your https address, even if your respondents access it through http, every step AFTER the initial access will be done using the https address (which is generated automatically by the scripts). This means you could ideally add a welcome screen ( first page in the web form that does NOT have any questions, thus no data generated…), and then even if the respondents access the web form over http initially, they will be using https when they start submitting their data.
