If you’re having problems getting video from only one of your devices connected to the receiver, make sure you have the OUTPUT of the source connected to the INPUT on the receiver. If the connections are correct and of the same type, you most likely have a bad video cable. [Note: When using the video inputs on a TV, you need to switch the TV’s video input. This is done by pressing the button labeled TV/VIDEO, INPUT, VIDEO SELECT, or something similar on your TV’s remote or the television itself. Some TVs require you to go into a menu to switch inputs.
