Video Splitter & Joiner/Video Editor] How to consolidate multiple MPEG files into one MPEG file?

0

The maximum size of an AVI file that can be captured in Microsoft Windows is limited to 2 gigabyte (It could be smaller depending on your OS version). Thus, in order to capture an AVI file larger than 2GB, it is necessary to divide it into smaller AVI files. Each smaller AVI file is then converted into an MPEG file. The newly created (and compressed) MPEG files can be combined using DOS Copy command. For example, in order to consolidate the files sample1.mpg, sample2.mpg and sample3.mpg into a file called sum.mpg , you would do the following in DOS: C:\>COPY /b sample1.mpg+sample2.mpg+sample3.mpg sum.mpg With the above command, the MPEG files will be easily consolidated into one file whose playing order is sample1.mpg, sample2.mpg and sample3.mpg. But using DOS command is inconvenient. Video Splitter & Joiner or Video Editor provides flexible editing methods including easy consolidation of multiple MPEG files into one MPEG file.
