She was however the half niece of her husband and Adolf’s father, Alois (she was the daughter of Johann Nepomuk Hüttler, so the relation could vary depending on the true paternity of Alois which was either Hüttler or his brother Johann Hiedler). I assume you mean that darned article that everyone is talking about? The “Jew blood” must stem from the family of Alois Hitler as those are the relatives they harassed and stole DNA from (also my relatives). The only thing that “study” really proves is that the father of Alois Hitler was either Johann Hiedler or his brother Johann Hüttler (my great-grandfather’s cousins). Well, I take that back, it also proves that we need some laws about stealing people’s DNA. Added – to clear the confusion over the “Jewish DNA” what they mean is a certain haplogroup found among Ashkenazi Jews not that you can prove anyone’s religion by genetics.
