Was Marx correct about the exploitation of the worker by the Capitalists?

Absolutely! Simply put, the “Capitalists” is the employer. The “worker” is the employee. “Exploitation” is such a harsh word! Obviously the employer wants to get “his monies worth” out of the wages he pays to the worker. This means the worker must produce more wealth for the employer than his wages cost. This question isn’t about if you agree with Marxism, Socialism or Communism! It’s simple to see Marx is right on this point.
