Was maya angelou part of the harlem renaissance?

If I’m not mistaken the Harlem Renaissance was during the 1920’s or 20’s and 30’s. I think Maya Angelou is about 80 so I think she would have been writing at a later time. But she was no doubt inspired by those authors and artists even if she came later.
