Was the health care reform on Obamas party platform?
Marketing is the answer. The people wanted Health Care Reform when they voted the president into office. The American Medical Association Lobby and the Medical Insurance Lobby, (the two richest lobbys in the world) started advertising using false and twisted statements about Health Care Reform. They were able to convince the very people that Health Care would help the most, that Health Care is bad for them, so the electorate changed their minds. Weird way politics works in the U.S.
