We don have a dedicated recruiter for our contract or permanent positions. Can our Hiring Managers directly use MatchBoard to advantage?
MatchBoard is designed to be used easily and efficiently by Hiring Managers either independently or through dedicated in-house recruiters. Hiring Managers can define and publish their own positions, work with outside vendors, search the Internet, receive and screen resumes, set up and track interviews, negotiate prices and Work Orders, etc. very easily and quickly through MatchBoard. You can also outsource Recruiting duties to us and continue to work through MatchBoard with our dedicated recruiting team.
