Answer No. The guidance requires Trusts to introduce an intrathecal chemotherapy chart with space for the following signatures prescriber, dispenser, collector and administrator. In addition we do expect Trusts to be able to confirm that any Intravenous cytotoxic drugs for the named patient, for that day have been issued.
