To register a person as an official agent complete the Notice of Appointment of Official Agent and lodge it with the Returning Officer or with the Authority prior to nomination day for the election for which you are registering. Official agent forms are available from the Returning Officer or from this website. Any person who is being considered as an official agent must meet all necessary criteria.
