We were told in the training class not to set up Voice Mail until Friday after the cutover – but the instruction card left by the new phone says to set it up immediately. Which is correct?
Please set up your voice mail as soon as you get your phone. Press the “Messages” key on your phone and the system will walk you through the process. You can also use the instructions on the Quick Reference Guide posted to the Training area of the project web site – www.muohio.edu/voip. The instructions to wait before you set up your voice mail were left over from the first two weeks of deployment and are no longer correct.
