Weapons laws don apply to toy weapons, do they?
Even toy weapons have some legal restrictions. While they may be carried on your person, it is illegal to brandish them, which means to display or wave about. They should never be used as if they were real weapons, especially in situations in which they may be misconstrued as real weapons. Never allow anyone to think your toy weapon is a real weapon. They may respond with real force. Teach children with toy weapons about weapons safety.
