WebEx One-Click offers Microsoft Outlook integration. What does that mean?
WebEx One-Click provides access to the Microsoft Outlook address book, to make it easier for you to invite attendees to your One-Click meetings. If you have Microsoft Outlook, simply select email addresses from the Global Address List or Contacts instead of entering them one by one. WebEx One-Click uses Microsoft Outlook to automatically send invitations. Invitations for each individual attendee are sent from the Microsoft Outlook outbox. User intervention is not required.
