Prisoners at Guantanamo Bay have been locked up for upwards of four years in many cases, almost all without any access to any sort of legal counsel, diplomatic representatives, or family members. They haven’t been officially charged with any crimes and they probably won’t be subject to a standard criminal trial. Should all of this simply be ended?
