No one ever imagined Arizona making it to the Super Bowl. They took advantage of a bad NFC West and had a few bounces go their way. The culture on the field has improved; at least it did last season. Coach Whisenhunt has stabilized the football end of this organization. For the first time in 20 plus years, they know what they are doing on the field. The 2009 success was led by their offense. The 2006 Colts proved that high-powered offense and an average defense could win a Super Bowl. However, last season this high-potent offense scored a ton of points, but was equally capable of giving them up too (28th in scoring defense). The Cardinals were 3-7 out of division last year and have a favorable 2009 schedule, the NFL 7th easiest. If last season wasn’t a fluke then this team should be playing in the playoffs. 2.
