Egyptians were not black but closer to Arabic in skin color. They did have a lot of slaves, but there were no organized forays into far lands. There were plenty of people and potential slaves within reach. Nubian slaves were the most noted in Egyptian society and they were black. IF a blond haired slave appeared in a tomb painting, it was probably a treasured and rare slave and was most likely caught by traders and brought to Egypt as a rarity. You could make a case for a European man wandering south for his own reasons and being caught. That would be no more odd than a single elephant or cheetah showing up in pre-Roman Italy.
