If you received distributions in excess of $10 during the current year and your investment is held by a taxable investment type; such as an individual or corporation, then you will receive a Form 1099 DIV. Tax exempt investment and interest payments less than $10 do not receive Form 1099 INT. The amounts listed on Form 1099 DIV represent the current year taxable income and nontaxable distributions, if any. Refer to instructions included on Form 1099 DIV for more information.
