What actors and actresses today have that timeless kind of individual look and talent?
Scarlett is in her early 20’s and already has a solid body of work. I loved her in Girl with Pearl Earring and in Lost in Translation. She started as a little girl and one film even then that stood out for me was The Horsewhisperer. She is genuinely beautiful in a classic sense. She’s my top vote among the young actresses. I have to disagree with you on Angelina Jolie. Her acting was amazing in Girl, Interrupted and i thought she deserved her Oscar for that role. She has the acting chops but I think she makes bad choices in roles lately. I don’t think she’s that young anymore though and her beauty is very exotic rather than classic. Johnny Depp has huge appeal on the screen and has since his earliest days on 21 Jump Street. His pirate movies of late are just bad but they have made him a ton of money. I am looking forward to Sweeney Todd. It looks great. He is not classically handsome but he has charisma.
