What advantage does your GermLineTM mESC (F1) have over the common mES cell lines derived from 129 strains?

Our GermLineTM mESC (F1) line is derived from embryos of 129 svj and C57BL/6. This cell line has been tested to be germline transmitted by tetraploid complementation. Using our GermLineTM mESC (F1), one can generate 100% ES cell derived mice from microinjection (or aggregation) of ES cells into tetraploid blastocysts. No further breeding is necessary. This saves an average of 4 to 5 month time in generating knockout/knockin mice. Our GermLineTM mESC (F1) works for DNA constructs that are either C57BL6 or 129 strain based.
