Using a secure e-mail box helps Employers to: • provide secure and limited access (i.e. Personnel Department) as authorized by the Employer, to resumes received • eliminates resumes going to a general e-mail address of the Employer’s organization • avoids the blending of resumes received for multiple positions that are being advertised by the Employer at the same time • serves as a historical record of resumes received for reporting and tracking purposes.
