What aftercare is recommended for Mesotherapy treatments?
Post-treatment symptoms can be reduced by taking benadryl every 6 hours for a few days after your injection. Steroids are sometimes prescribed for a few days after treatment. After a few days, redness and burning will probably be gone, but there may be swelling and extra sensitive in the injection area for several weeks. You should not have additional injections in the same area until your swelling and sensitivity have returned to normal.
