Any kind of content like that is created with a program called “Flash.” Flash allows you to make games, animation, and many other kinds of interactive content on the internet. It’s quite a complicated program, and if you really want to try some animation of your own be ready to cough up around $800 to buy the latest version (That’s not even the professional upgrade!) If you would like a simpler version, I would definetley recommend Pencil, which is a frame-by-frame (Frames are pictures that show up in a quick sequence to create animation) drawing animation program. If your’e good at figuring out programs, you can download a 400 megabyte 30 day trial from the Macromedia Flash website for free.
