What are accomplishments of Reagan and George Bush Sr.?
Reagan and George Bush Sr gave us carefully scripted moments to false candor. Reagan slept through his briefings, and thought “pollution comes mainly from trees” but was quick to claim a role in USSR collapse, to justify his huge deficit. George Bush Sr was more of the same, but used little wars to keep popular, until his poor economic record ushers in Clinton who is nominally better. But all were bought and paid for by big business.
