What are Band vs. Band Tournaments?

Band vs. Band Tournaments are based on high scores achieved by users playing in a band of 3 or more players within any of the following Guitar Hero® World Tour or Guitar Hero® Metallica® Band Modes: Local Band Quickplay, Local Band Career Mode, Online Band Quickplay, and Online Band vs. Band. Players will sign up for the tournament, and set out to play the tournament’s designated song(s) in any of these modes (on your tournament’s designated difficulty level) with a band of 3 or more players total, and your high scores for those songs will automatically be added to the tournament standings. You can continue to try to improve upon those high scores, as long as you’re playing within a band of 3 or more players total on Local Band Quickplay, Local Band Career Mode, Online Band Quickplay, and Online Band vs. Band Mode, during the tournament’s designated time range. Band vs. Band Tournaments are only offered for Guitar Hero® World Tour and Guitar Hero® Metallica®.
