Blackout periods are durations when members cannot redeem JPMiles for Award tickets, as the demand by commercial passengers is high. While Jet Airways does not have any pre-determined blackout periods, there may be certain occasions when the demand for a particular flight may exceed far beyond the allocation making it very difficult for us to comply with a member’s request for award tickets. Blackout periods may be applicable for redemption on our partner airlines.
