Buckwheat seeds, or groats, are the fruit of the buckwheat plant (fagopyrum esculentum). The seeds posses the special property of retaining transferring heat/cold for up to 40 minutes. Bucky uses only premium food grade organic buckwheat grown in the Ukraine.
