What are deliverables in project management?
Deliverables are tangible results that are delivered from the project. An example would be – if I am managing a project for a network installation, an example of a deliverable would be network hardware, or even an agreed level of uptime. Obviously projects can be varied so a deliverable could be anything from making a cost saving as a result of a project, to ensuring that some new machinery has been installed.
