Yes, drill bits can be sharpened. If you are not experienced with bench grinder (which is a manual way some choose to sharpen drill bits), I would recommend getting a specialized drill bit sharpener. They are very easy to use and effective. The most popular one out there is Drill Doctor. There are several models, so make sure that the size/type of drill bits you are sharpening fits the model.
