What are EEIs hours of operation – Office / Warehouse?
• Eastern Effects Office Hours are as follows: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. • Eastern Effects Warehouse Hours are as follows: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. • All equipment returns are due before 10am on check in date • Vehicle and equipment pick up times must be agreed upon with EEI 24hrs before check out date. • Customers who are renting equipment packages with a vehicle should be at our warehouse facility no later than 3pm for a pickup • 24hr Emergency service is available to customers who are currently renting equipment. A service fee may apply if EEI is contacted on our emergency phone for the explicit purpose of renting additional equipment.
