What are “employee self service” (ESS) and “manager self service” (MSS)?
Employee self service means that employees will be able to go to the web to make certain updates to their personnel records (such as address changes), enroll in benefits and manage other human resource actions. Manager self service gives supervisors the ability to approve appropriate human resource and financial actions through the web.
