Hi,

The good carbs are that which are beneficial for health, the bad carbs are that which are harmful for health. We can reap the health benefits of good carbs by choosing carbohydrates full of fiber. These carbs that get absorbed slowly into our systems, avoiding spikes in blood sugar levels. Examples: whole grains, vegetables, fruits, and beans. We can minimize the health risk of bad carbs by eating fewer refined and processed carbohydrates that strip away beneficial fiber. Examples: white bread and white rice.

Thanks,

Not all carbohydrates are bad for you. There are good carbohydrates that help you stay healthy. There are also bad carbohydrates that are not beneficial to your health. Striking a healthy balance is very important to your health.Carbohydrates and NutritionCarbohydrates, just like all other nutrients, serve an important function in a person’s health. According to the Good Carbs website, “Carbs give you energy and provide many of the vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients necessary for good health.” So, carbohydrates are a building block of nutrients that we all need in order to survive.Good CarbohydratesThe Good Carbs website states, “Good carbs are unprocessed carbohydrates in their ‘natural’ state – or very close to their natural state.” In other words, the good carbohydrates are carbohydrates created by nature that have not been altered in any way. For example, the simple sugars that are present in an apple just after it is harvested are natural (or good) carbohydrates.Benefits of Go
